Directed and Written by Vlad Yudin, GENERATION IRON is produced by Yudin and Edwin Mejia. Jerome Gary, producer of the cult classic PUMPING IRON, which helped make Arnold Schwarzenegger a household name, was also tapped to executive produce. GENERATION IRON provides insight into the professional sport of bodybuilding today and follows these men as they compete on the International stage. The Summit

K2, commonly known as Savage Mountain, is an extension of the northwestern Himalayan Mountain range and is located in the remote region between Pakistan and China. With an unprecedented fatality rate of one in four climbers, it has rightfully earned the title of the second most murderous mountain. But with any high risk sport comes the love of the challenge, and in August 2008 22 climbers from several international expeditions converged on High Camp of K2, the last stop before the summit. Forty-eight hours later, 11 had been killed or simply vanished into thin air. Like a horror movie come to life, it was as if the mountain began stealing lives, one climber at a time. THE SUMMIT is a seamless pastiche of the climbers' firsthand footage, after-the-fact interviews and reenactments. It plays like an engaging narrative film as it focuses on the mystery behind one extraordinary man, Ger McDonnell, who was left behind in the death zone as his best friend searched in vain to find him, rescuing several others. The Perfect Turnover

On Feb 12, 2013, a high school basketball game in El Paso, TX between heated rivals Franklin High School and Coronado High School became a memorable event. This was senior night at Coronado, and emotions ran higher when Coronado coach Peter Morales sent his senior manager, Mitchell Marcus, a special needs student, into the game with around ninety seconds left in the final quarter. With fans chanting his name, Mitchell missed his first few shots before fumbling the ball out of bounds with just eleven seconds left. It appeared as if Mitchell would not score in his first and only game as a high school student, and then it happened: THE PERFECT TURNOVER. Franklin's Jonathan Montanez, who went into the game for the first time after Mitchell Marcus, purposely inbounded the ball to Mitchell, a member of the opposite team, so he could score his first ever basket. After a few more misses and with the clock winding down, Mitchell finally made a shot, one that led to joy, triumph, and love, in a moment that epitomized the meaning of sportsmanship.(c) Official Site
